Finding the right bracelet fit starts with one simple measurement: your wrist. The right fit should feel comfortable and secure, with enough room to move without feeling too tight or slipping too far down your hand.

Blue Billie bracelets come in different lengths and adjustable styles, so measuring your wrist is the easiest way to find the fit that feels right for you.

Not sure where to start? Here’s how to measure your wrist and choose between a closer or looser fit.

Method 1: Use a Measuring Tape

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you want your bracelet to sit. Keep the tape comfortably snug against your skin without pulling it too tight.

Note the measurement where the tape meets. This is your wrist size and can be used as a guide when choosing your bracelet.

For a closer fit, choose a bracelet close to your wrist measurement. For a looser fit, allow a little extra room.

Method 2: Use a Strip of Paper

No measuring tape? A strip of paper works too.

Wrap the paper around your wrist where you want your bracelet to sit. Mark where the ends meet, then lay the paper flat and measure the length with a ruler.

Use this measurement as a guide when choosing your bracelet.

CHOOSE YOUR FIT

Once you know your wrist measurement, think about how you want your bracelet to sit.

For a closer fit: Choose a bracelet length that sits close to your wrist without feeling restrictive. This works well if you prefer your jewellery to stay in place and have less movement.

For a looser fit: Choose a little more room around your wrist if you like your bracelet to move naturally as you wear it. This can also work well when stacking several bracelets.

Blue Billie offers a range of fits across the collection. For example, the Rope Bracelet is 17.5 cm, while the Fat Collect Bracelet is 17–18 cm. The Fine Chain Bracelet is adjustable from 17.8–18.5 cm, and our beaded bracelets offer an adjustable 17–20 cm fit.

Some styles, such as the Row Bracelet, are available in both 17 cm and 19 cm, giving you the option of a closer or more relaxed fit.

Always check the individual product for its available length and sizing before choosing your bracelet.

WHAT IF YOU'RE BETWEEN SIZES?

If your wrist measurement falls between two available lengths, think about how you prefer your bracelet to fit.

Choose the shorter length for a closer, more secure fit or the longer length for more movement. If the bracelet is adjustable, use the fastening to find the position that feels most comfortable.

Remember that the design of the bracelet can also affect how it sits. A fine chain, a chunky link bracelet and a beaded bracelet may feel different even at a similar length.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER

Measure your wrist where you actually plan to wear your bracelet. Keep the measuring tape snug, but never tight.

If you're building a bracelet stack, you can also play with different fits. Wear some pieces closer to the wrist and others a little looser to give your stack more movement and dimension.

Once you know your wrist measurement and preferred fit, finding your bracelet is easy. Wear one on its own, stack a few together, or mix things up whenever you feel like it.
