Create a return label
We hope you love your Blue Billie jewelry as much as we do. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please note that we do not include return labels with our packages. Instead, email us at hello@bluebillie.com with your order number and we will send you a QR return code.
You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
During the holiday season, returns and exchanges are extended until January 10.
Return costs:
• 8 EUR for orders within Sweden
• 19 EUR for orders outside of Sweden
Exchange costs:
• 8 EUR for exchanges within Sweden
• 19 EUR for exchanges outside of Sweden
The fee will be deducted from your refund or charged in connection with the exchange.
Properly packed
You must ensure that the products are properly packed in the jewelry box and that they are in the same condition as they were received when returning them. We will refund your money, when we receive your order.

We will refund your money within 14 days after receiving your return
