Create a return label
We hope you love your Blue Billie jewelry as much as we do. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please note that exchanges are free. We do not include return labels with our packages; instead, email us at hello@bluebillie.com with your order number, and we will send you a QR return code. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return costs are 49 SEK for orders within Sweden and 150 SEK outside of Sweden. If you prefer, you may also return your product free of charge in person at the Blue Billie store (Regeringsgatan 52) during opening hours, provided you have your order number or receipt.
Properly packed
You must ensure that the products are properly packed in the jewelry box and that they are in the same condition as they were received when returning them. We will refund your money, when we receive your order.

No, if you want to exchange an item, you have to return your order and place a new order.
Can I return my online order in your physical store?
Yes you can return your online orde in our Stockholm-based store on Regeringsgatan 52 free of charge
