All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or details will be displayed exactly as they appear in real life.

4. Orders & contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at any time before delivery, for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or lack of availability. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded.

5. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, return fees, and any additional charges will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

Payment is handled securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Warranty and Complaints

We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Any disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Sweden or the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
