RETAIL & E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE AT BLUE BILLIE

Blue Billie is a Swedish jewelry brand, specializing in timeless and everyday jewelry. As we continue to grow both online and in-store, we’re looking for a team player to join us in a hybrid role combining retail sales, order packing, and customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this varied and hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and sales in our Stockholm store

  • Picking and packing online orders with care and attention to detail

  • Handling customer support via email and social media – answering questions, solving issues, and spreading good vibes

  • Keeping our store and stockroom organized and inspiring

  • Supporting launches, campaigns, and other brand moments

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have previous experience in customer service and/or retail – bonus if it’s from fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce

  • You’re structured, reliable, and take pride in doing things right

  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics and love working with a visual brand

  • You’re flexible and enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing workday

  • You speak and write fluently in both English and Swedish

  • You’re social, solution-oriented and enjoy helping people – both face to face and digitally
