This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.bluebillie.com and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Sweden

For orders within Sweden, we ship with:

  • Early Bird

  • DHL

  • UPS

The available carriers and delivery options are shown at checkout.

International Orders

For international orders, we ship with:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Delivery Times (In-Stock Items)

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items are as follows:

  • Sweden: approximately 2–4 business days, depending on the selected carrier and delivery option

  • International: approximately 2–6 business days, depending on the selected carrier and delivery option

All delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Estimated Delivery Times & Backordered Items

Some products may be offered for purchase while temporarily out of stock or in production ("backordered items").

If a product is backordered, an estimated delivery time or date will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Where a specific estimated delivery date is shown, this date is an estimate only. If no specific date is shown, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks.

Delivery times for backordered items may be affected by factors outside our control, such as production timelines, supplier delays, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, delivery may take longer than initially estimated.

If there is a significant delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is offered for Swedish orders over 1,490 SEK, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. VAT, Taxes & Customs

  • Orders to Europe: All prices include applicable VAT and taxes.

  • Orders to the UK, US, and Canada: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Uncollected Packages

If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 150 SEK or 15 EUR, which will be deducted from any refund or charged separately.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
